Service at the counter on the street, and the main dish, a breakfast sandwich in a bao bun, is made really well for eating on the go. But it would be nice to have somewhere to sit and eat it, the closest park is a pleasant 5 minute walk up the road, but hard to resist eating before getting there! The breakfast bao itself is well constructed and a filling, compact bite. Feels a bit jarring ton have the usual kind of breakfast items in a bao bun, when you would subconsciously usually expect something more buck, pork belly or spring onion based. That didn't stop it being very tasty, just not quite as unusual as would have hoped. Having said that, simple and done well is good and the texture of the bao bun does give it a slight twist on the usual bread roll breakfast sandwich.

What a brilliant little spot for breakfast. There’s no seating so you order at the door. The menu is small but they specialise in delivering a focused culinary experience, to guarantee excellence in every dish. It also makes decision making easier. My wife and I went with the breakfast bao and a side of hash browns to share. The guy that served was super cool and was friendly, seeming very genuine. The breakfast buns were unreal. The fillings went incredibly well with the bao buns both taste and texture wise. We couldn’t fault it. It was indulgent! The hash brown box was also very good. What a tremendous quality. The sauces were lovely and reasonably priced. I will 100% be back if I am passing.

This has long been one of my favourite local businesses. However today they really disappointed me. I ordered from them through Just Eat but the food never arrived. When I called them they spoke to Just Eat who advised them that the driver had waited for 10 minutes at my door and tried to call me. I received no phone call and my doorbell never rang. They said the food had been left outside the door but there was nothing there. They said that they had been calling me from the number on my account which was not my number. I logged on to just eat and my number on there is correct. Whilst this is somewhat Just Eats problem, the restaurant offered me no refund or replacement and said there was nothing they could do. Given that all I ordered was a bao bun and a hash box I would have thought that for a returning loyal customer they would have replaced the meal.so...
