Wonders of Nature — Local services in City of Edinburgh

Extremely rude staff. Wouldn't recommend this shop. I'm always on the look out for natural stones/items and was going to purchase an £80 ring. However, when I asked if they had any Shungite, the young girl at the counter looked at me with disgust and acted like i asked her if she had a steaming bag of dog poo. Then I can only presume it was her mother who responded with no. As I turned around my sister who was also in the shop said the girl disrespectfully looked me up and down as I was walking away with my 3yr old son. If you don't know what something is - ask to be educated on what it is! It was such an uncomfortable situation and I feel so sorry for any tourists...

I had purchased a lovely scarf in the shop in Edinburgh in August and have had nothing but compliments since I have been wearing it. I decided to get one for a dear friend and needed it at short notice but live in Northampton. I rang up the shop at about 2:30pm yesterday and asked Piotr the owner if he would be willing to mail one to me if I paid over the phone and he kindly agreed. As I write this, I have the very lovely item in my possession. Paid via PayPal and less than 24hrs later I had it. Elegant, quality items and first class service. What more could you ask for? Extremely rude young girl who is working there. When I asked about Buddhist prayer beads, she started to aggressively ask me why I'm not Christian and don't believe in God because she is. I don't really care about other people's religion, and her behaviour was very unprofessional. I had to leave the shop because she kept pushing me to question my religious beliefs. Plus,they have an animal fur for sale, which I found unethical. I think her parents, who owned the shop, need to have a serious conversation with her about professionalism at work. I do not...
