Domino's Pizza - Coventry - Jubilee Crescent — Local services in Coventry

There was this girl she was very rude to me and my parent we were in the car just minding a own business but in fact we were on of ur customers.The driver was a girl, wearing the dominos uniform she was really rude, no manners nothing.start screaming at out for parking the car. She took the wrong turn and start blaming us that it was our fault. Also we could smell alcohol from her car and she wanted to hit our car and she did and that was outrageous. The other domino worker came out and start saying it was the lady fault but she didn’t listen. She created drama and she looked like she was on drugs. She has discipline to talk to customer’s. The parking was for anyone and she start saying ohh it’s domino’s parking but clearly there was not domino parking though. This is her number plate MLO7EBX she had a silver car. Once again dominos that lady was really rude. We are there local customers and personally we know some worker in dominos who give us respect and we know the manager his name is hardier and we didn’t expect this behaviour for use. In kind...

From the customer, We use Domino's Pizza whenever we come home late from work and havent got time to cook before getting the kids in the bath and bed. anyone with kids understands this. to ring up and speak to someone who can hardly speak english in england and totally mess up the order of 2 pizza's is shocking. I'm not one to norally rate of leave feedback but this bugged me so much that I even made a account just to do this. the pizza's as always are good. the service at the front door and time of delivery is good. but getting the right order or general responces from the person on the phone is about as good as a dog answering the phone. my 3 year old would have done a better job.

I am a regular customer here but today am totally upset I felt like I should never buy any pizza from here , there is guy named rupesh who behaved with very cheap mentality I never seen this kind of head weighted guy , He insulted me infront of my 8 yrs old daughter as if am begging for sause .
