Ice Blast — Local services in England

My first ever major drop/shot tower (other than Tower of Terror at Disney)! I was PETRIFIED going on. I was absolutely terrified and holding onto my restraint for dear life. The anticipation when you’re hanging just a few feet in the air waiting to shoot up!

But the feeling of freefall was amazing and I ended up loving every second. It was the last ride of the day and the queue closed immediately after I’d finally decided to brave it, so I couldn’t re-ride, but it’s going to be the first ride I go on when I go back! The best - just wish...

Brilliant views from the top and it's always a good ride, it's just that it no longer has that airtime at the top and you don't experience the weightless feeling like you used to get up until a few years ago. I will always have good memories of this ride and it certainly used to be terrifying in its day. It's good fun watching other people...

Unfortunately Ice Blast is not as forceful compared with other similar S&S launch tower rides around the world. This makes the overall experience feel a bit anticlimactic.
