Used to be my favourite market, but It is under new management. It opens later that it used to. The last of the good stalls have shut down. In place, they have a stall that thinks that it is a wine bar. There is a huge television on the wall that never plays. They promise good food stalls, and that didn't happen. The place has a bleak future now. Another get rich quick idea that will finally see the demise of a fantastic place to be. All I can say is. " Rest in peace, it was good...

I visited to attend a small art fair and wanted to see how the place had changed since my last visit 12 years ago. Although traditional markets have almost died out, I was pleased to see how the council had changed the place to move with the times.
