Royal Peri Peri Fried Chicken — Restaurant in England

SO ANGRY this is the worst place , brought a chicken burger and it was UNDERCOOKED. I went to the counter asking to exchange it for a chese burger . After going to the counter and saying the chicken was pink I got told that it was perfect as the temperature was okay . However the chicken was pink . After a friend called over the manager saying that the chicken was too pink to eat. The MANAGER SNATCHED IT OUT OF MY FRINEDS HAND and chucked it across the restaurant . It was so close to hitting myself and my friends . I personally think that this is such bad management and costumer service . I don’t understand how this is any point at all acceptable to treat a customer like this as how is this Behaviour allowed . Personally this place is extremely unporfessional and should be put down under review altleast or at the most shut down . Also On a previous visit I kindly asked to charged my phone . One of the workers did it however He asked for my number first . Baring in mind I am a minor and I personally felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as my food was done . I don't often give terrible reviews, however this place deserves a recognition award on "wait forever on your delivery" and "poor customer service"

Zero talent when dealing with customer complaints.

When you are told your delivery will be within the hour and have to wait 1 hour 45 minutes, understandably the customer will be upset.

I had to call 3 times for an update and on the 3rd occasion I decided to cancel my order.

The driver still decided to attend with my delivery as if nothing was wrong.

I had inform the driver of the length of time it has taken since my order was placed and he then reluctantly apologied.

I had offered him £20 on a £27 order in which he refused with attitude and said he will not reduce anymore than £2.

I asked the guy to take his food away on the following grounds, reluctancy on apologies and it seemed as by accepting a £2 reduction will not teach this food operator a lesson.

I visited Royal peri peri chicken on 31/04/24 around 7.30 pm for getting some order.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front reception (Asian guys)was disappointing. When I arrived, I had to wait for 20minutes before being acknowledged, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. The hostess seemed uninterested and did not greet us with a smile or any sense of welcome.

when I asked about menu, the response was curt and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for the evening. It felt like our presence was more of a burden for them.

I would recommend that the staff be trained to be more welcoming and attentive to guests, ensuring prompt and polite...
