I must add firstly that the taste of the food is really good and have no complaints as to the quality of products.

Where I have a massive issue is with the portion size, genuinely lucky if we have recieved a standard portion of chicken donner or cheese never mind a LARGE.

Been going here since it opened. New owners in the last year or so. Never seen such bad and rude service. The owner misunderstood the order and started shouting at me in front of other customers. Awful waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When eventually arrived the burger was raw. The kebab meat was freezing. Phoned to complain was told they would send another burger out. That was 40 mins ago. Was told it's a handmade burger so should be like that. Personally raw blood dripping out the middle burgers doesn't tend to be something I would eat.
