Awful experience at this store today (19/03/22) This was the second phone we got from this company (first one from staines) and we had to argue to get them to honour the legal warranty, the next one wasn’t working properly also and yet again, they’ll tried their hardest not honour the 24 month warranty yet again.. We proved the phone didn’t work by putting our own chip in the faulty phone and still they said they need to check it out for longer, we already did the half an hour they needed to test it… Manager wasn’t even listening to his staff and refused to deal direct with my wife.. This is why they sell the phones with no charge, avoid at all costs, terrible customer service, terrible after sales and terrible staff especially the worse than useless manager… If you must use this shop, record what they tell you when you buy the phone or anything and make them charge it and use with your chip before you buy it… We had the same issue with the staines store and they sent us to Windsor because they had a replacement phone and the same useless after sale nonsense from Windsor also….. AVOID AVOID AVOID...

They’ve given us less money for thing’s that we’ve sold them, when we’ve gone to Maidenhead they’ve given us the right amount, they’ve sold us multiple broken products, the staff are rude and I have proof of broken products as my other half just brought a game from them that doesn’t work what’s so ever and we went into the store to buy an Xbox remote and they tried to sell us one that was dirty and the sticks were broken and then laughed about it with there colleagues they are disrespectful people and I’ve gotten to the end of it now as we’ve tried going in the multiple times and they laugh at us when they try and sell us broken items they make sure new staff charge us under the amount we’re suppose to be given which is unacceptable in a professional work place! Would not recommend what’s so ever I would recommend going to the Maidenhead CEX they are lovely people and actually treat there customers...

Extremely disappointed with the staff here. I have bought an Ipad from their shop some time ago, still had warranty on it and I just wanted to have it serviced/repaired by them. Instead they kept it in the shop for almost one month without calling me to provide a feedback and when I went to the shop to ask about a status, they said they didn’t have a phone no, clearly untrue as this was the only way to identify the ipad..OMG, such a bunch of unprofessional kids! Then of course, they claimed that because I ‘dropped’ the ipad, it’s my fault and they cannot repair it or they cannot repay me?! How can you prove that?! They sold to me with an existent dent on the screen anyways. Very unprofessional, very unpolite in front of the customers, very very very!...
