DFS Taunton — Local services in Great Britain

She wouldn't stop talking about soft furnishings, trouble and strife that is (wife) She'd already picked something out, mocca, so coffee then I said? no mocca! I gave up, it's an easier life to just say yes in the confusion of soft furnishings. Went there, she found it straight away, I sat in a recliner chair, took my shoes off and rested my feet on the table, reclined all the way back and dozed off for couple minutes, whilst she was natter, natter, nattering. Salesperson just left us alone for 15 minutes or so, after (trouble) realizing I was asleep suddenly I wasn't, comfortable recliner. Sales was very helpful and polite. I said she's already made up her mind Chief, just tell me the price and I can escape soft furnishings world. Good price, good variation of options, well (trouble) understood them, I'm just the wallet. Good communication all the way through the process and good delivery, very pleased all around. (Trouble) in the car on the way back wouldn't shut up about cushions to go with the sofa... you just can't...

I'm massively disappointed with the service I received. I went to dfs as I have purchased before, but it just shows it does pay. I explicitly asked for a SOFT mattress, and upon delivery I found it was a medium soft. I explained in store I needed a SOFT, and not a medium as I already have a medium. They told me that they didn't have any SOFT in store for me to try, but that we could order the SOFT. After receiving the wrong mattress I called the customer careless line and was told, its what you ordered and signed for and that is that. I'm now left with a mattress I cannot use and is still in its plastic wrapping. I am so disappointed with their attitude and will never purchase another item from them again, and am looking at taking action through the credit...

My partner and I visited DFS Taunton to look for a sofa. We had a few choices in mind but weren’t 100% set on anything. We were greeted by Sean, who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right fit for us, he gave us honest opinions and showed us a few options after figuring out what specifications we liked. Sean was so lovley and made our experience so enjoyable! Considering it was our first time sofa shopping, he went above and beyond in helping us and we are so grateful! Even offering us a cup of coffee! He was patient and listened to our opinions and eventually we ended up leaving the store after purchasing our dream sofa! What incredible service and such a lovley...
