We ordered the King Pepperoni pizza with vegan cheese (due to a dietary allergy) along with a bottle of Coca-Cola for delivery. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing on several levels.

Firstly, the pizza arrived with only four slices of pepperoni which felt noticeably sparse for a "King" pizza. Secondly, the bottle of Coke was missing from the delivery. Although after multiple phone calls, they eventually did deliver it 40 minutes later.

Most seriously, however, the pizza, while labelled with vegan cheese, did not appear suspicious at first, but sadly triggered a severe allergic reaction shortly after consumption. This led to an emergency hospital visit, which we would not wish on anyone.

Have been before in Fire away pizza in different location and the experience was completely different. The customer service received was outstanding so I guess we had high expectations coming here. First we tried to call few times but... no luck. When we arrived and asked if it's open we got sarcastic answer "obviously it is", it wasnt as obvious to us due to no one answering the phone. About 10 min later we received our order however no dips or tissues. Pizza itself was nice however the staff needs to put some attention and love into this job if they want...
