I cannot put into words what an incredible experience I had during my Level 4 Foot Health Care Practitioner Training, which I completed in February 2025. The Clinical Practice was the most intense and rewarding learning experience of my life, and that is entirely thanks to Olga. From the very beginning, even when I first enrolled online, Olga was there—supporting, encouraging, and guiding me every step of the way.

Olga, you don’t just teach—you teach with your heart. Your gentle approach, constant reassurance, and patience made me feel safe and confident, even when things felt overwhelming. You went above and beyond, ensuring I never felt alone on this journey, and your outstanding teaching and customer care shine through in everything you do.

The Clinical Practice was challenging, but because of your guidance, it was also inspiring and fulfilling. I recently completed my NVQ3 in nail technology with a fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable Olga, and I cannot recommend the experience highly enough. From the moment I started the course, I knew I had made the right decision.

I am a registered Level 3 FHP and have just attended my first course at INTA doing the NiTi Toenail Brace course. Olga Clapcott our course organiser and tutor was very professional, well informed and easy to understand. She taught us in a very holistic way explaining all of the connections that were relevant to the techniques we were learning. We learnt about the NiTi brace and composite band techniques which I know are going to benefit so many of my current and future clients. I am keen to start offering this enhanced treatment as the benefits and success rates are excellent and I even had the treatment on one of my toes so will be monitoring the progression at its different stages.
