We have had the pleasure of selling two houses with Michael and his team now and it is for good reason that they have such an awesome reputation throughout Bedfordshire. Michael and Tom together are the dream team who both work tirelessly from the minute the house is marketed through to completion. The presentation of the listings were flawless, the viewings were executed with complete professionalism and the updates were never chased. Fry's are particularly active on the social media side of things and I think that really gives them an added edge.

It is sad that review platforms such as these allow for fake and wholly inaccurate ones to be posted because having worked with Michael over the last 6 years and having known Tom for far longer, I have never had the pleasure of dealing with two nicer, more polite, more efficient and more honest estate agents. We sold our house through Michael, and dealt with both Michael and Tom throughout the process. Even with a tenant opposed to viewings, Brexit rumours of prices falling, COVID-19 and lockdown Michael and Tom continued to professionally market the house to appropriate potential buyers. After lockdown restrictions were lifted and the tenant moved out, the house was sold in a week due to the interest they had proactively generated. Michael is a well respected local estate agent and his approach is refreshing and customer focused. The house had been on the market with other estate agents however Michael was recommended by three friends so changing made sense and a sale came to fruition quickly. We were also given detailed weekly updates once the sale was agreed, with Michael and Tom liaising with solicitors and the buyer to keep things moving to a swift exchange. I was straight away impressed that Michael had researched the area, history and value of properties in my area as well as the expertise & understanding of Rightmove and the pricing brackets etc. I confidently signed up with Fry’s and from that moment on - the process was professional, easy.
