I had my first ever appointment with AD Aesthetics at their Sutton Coldfield (Birmingham) clinic, based upstairs in the beautiful Brow Club. I’d never been before and the setting was lovely — it’s elegant and calm, with floral mirrors and a lovely reception area. I was warmly welcomed by a member of staff downstairs and directed up to the treatment room.

I was greeted by Bianka, who was so friendly and instantly put me at ease. I also met Aysha for the first time. Both women were warm, professional and genuinely lovely. I gave them both a hug as it was so nice to finally meet them after following the clinic on social media for quiet a while .

I had originally booked in for lip dissolving but after a thorough consultation — where they assessed my lips, listened to my concerns, and asked about my filler history — they explained why dissolving might not be the right option for me. Because my lips were soft and still had shape and volume, dissolving could actually have made things worse. Instead, they recommended a slight top-up in the specific areas I was unhappy with. They didn’t just do what I had booked or tell me what I wanted to hear. They took the time to explain everything, and I never once felt pushed or pressured into any procedure. I really appreciated the open dialogue, and was even given time to think things through.

I felt like they genuinely listened to and advised what was best for my face, not just what I had initially booked. In the end, I actually achieved the exact result I was hoping for without needing the dissolving procedure. Their expertise, professionalism, and experience truly show in this.

We went ahead with a subtle lip augmentation using RHA Kiss, which felt perfect for what I wanted. I was numbed for about 15 minutes by Biana, then Aysha performed Botox in the three areas I usually have treated, followed by the lip procedure. The Botox was painless, and the lip augmentation only felt like a very slight scratch — it was honestly so comfortable. I was given stress balls but didn’t really need them!

After both treatments, Bianka applied a special soothing balm to my lips to support healing and reduce bruising — a lovely thoughtful touch. Aysha did the Botox and lip augmentation, while Bianca managed communication, supported me with procedure preparation, and patient care around the procedure, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

I was also given clear aftercare instructions. The treatment room was immaculate, sterile and calm, and I felt completely safe and relaxed throughout.

This was my first ever visit to AD Aesthetics Sutton Coldfield, and I left feeling looked after, heard, and extremely happy. I’ve already booked in for my Botox review, and I’m excited to visit their Bedford clinic next for a full skin consultation. I’m particularly interested in the Alumier and Mesoestetic ranges they offer, and looking forward to the skin analysis with their skin scanner.

Today is Day 1 post-lips — there’s some expected swelling and a tiny bit of bruising, but no pain, and I can already see a beautiful result.

If I were to sum up my experience with AD Aesthetics, it’s that Aysha and Bianka truly care about their patients and about achieving your desired results without any unnecessary procedures. They focus on making sure you look and feel your best while keeping everything natural, so you still look like yourself. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and put me at ease, which showed their passion, skill, expertise and experience.

The clean, sterile environment also helped me feel confident, especially as it was my first consultation and procedure with them. It never felt like they were trying to push treatments that weren’t needed — just genuinely helping me make the right decisions.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them at all, and I’m so glad I chose AD Aesthetics to continue my skincare and injectables journey.

So I had my first ever Profhilo treatment with Aysha just yesterday. I have never had any evasive treatment on my face so I was a tad nervous about the whole thing! I am so glad I chose Aysha to carry out my treatment as she really did put me at ease and covered everything I needed to know during consultation. She was very patient and kind all the way through my appointment. As for the Profhilo injections, the sharp sting only lasted around 3 seconds per injection and it was absolutely bearable. It was all over in around 10 mins and I am looking forward to my second session. I think pre-treatment the fear of the unknown got me sweating a little! However I now know what to expect next time round and feel much more comfortable knowing I’m in trusting professional hands. After care was lovely.
