Jubo Raj — Restaurant in Wales

Dubbed the "Jubo Rag" by my family because of how wet the food was, we did not have a pleasant experience.

To be fair, the food was earlier than estimated but that is the only positive thing I can say about it.

The portion sizes were awful, felt like I was given WW2 rations, was surprised I had chips because it was more like a pack of Walkers crisps with only half a bag full. It might have been a blessing there was only half a bag of chips though because they tasted like micro chips and from how wet they were, you'd assume they had been slapped by a mop a couple of times.

The korma had no juice at all, it was pieces of chicken in flavourless water and there was a sea of it left when we finished. Not even Moses could separate that sea!

The nan bread was just uncooked dough so we thought it might have been a cook your own which would have been a bit of family fun I guess.

The Bahjis were tasteless and cold, quite tough as well, thought I might have been eating space rocks!

Safe to say we won't be...

I'd rather die of starvation than eat from here again! How anyone can enjoy this monstrosity is beyond belief! I had a shave before attempting to eat the chicken masala, the chicken was so rubbery I had thick stubble by the time I'd finished! There was hairs in one of the rice's! They forgot half the order! When I phoned to ask where the rest of the food was the rude angry man simply said "You've got what you ordered, now deal with it" then he put the phone down! Total rip off! My brother is a vegetarian, we ordered a vegetarian korma, they sent us chicken korma! I bet the prisoners in Auschwitz had better quality food and service!!...

I would give it 0 stars but I can't. Second time now that they have messed my order up and yet again after phoning them they said they would send the correct item out ASAP but never do which results in the rest of the order going Stone cold just waiting about. Also noticed how small their portions are getting. Only a quarter bag of chips, (not even half full) rice container on half full and same with the curry container. Don't even ask about the keema nan as there was the tiny and I mean tiny trace of keema in it. This place use to be good but it's declining massively of late. I will never order from...
