Llandudno railway station — Local services in Great Britain

Overall a good train station. Just get annoying that the toilet closes at 2.30pm (FYI nearest toilet from the station is the paid toilet like 20p near the rabbit statue if you go further ahead to the town or Mark & Spenser on the right side of the said statue). Staff wise I preferred the woman staff working there. She's very friendly and does above and beyond especially when there's delay or cancellation (she will phone for a bus and keep you inform when it's arriving). This is not to says the other staff are nasty. Just the female staff is more approachable. Just that when I get a ticket to the city, I can get it cheaper by having two returns tickets. It was thanks to this woman staff whose told me of this deal. She understood it better when I asked for this two return tickets whereby the other staffs, I have to be very clear and explain why I want two return to a city instead of a single return...

Arrived to pick up a Train this morning, waited for at least 40 mins with other passengers only to realise there was no service running on a Sunday. No info regarding this on Platform or outside Station. Very poor. Otherwise...
