Honestly One My Favourite Places To Order Food I’m Constantly Ordering . But Tonight Was A Joke ! I Grabbed Cash From The Bank Machine On Way Home From Work (£30) Got Home And Placed My Order My Total All In Came To £22.80 My Partner Answered The Door When It Arrived Told The Delivery Driver To Take £23.00 Instead Of The 22.80 So After Handing The Driver A £20 Note & £10 Note I Only Received £2 Change . I Phoned The Chinese Shop And Said I Was A £5 Missing Which Was Part Of My Change , They Said That The Driver Said He Didn’t Rob Me Of A £5 Because I Apparently I Gave Him Only £25 ( Laughable ) And They Said There Was Nothing They Could Do . What They Can Do Is Fire The Driver It’s Rediculous That There Allowing The Driver To Bump People Out Of Money And Do Nothing About It . So Disappointed Won’t Be Ordering Again . Always Double Check Your Change...

Today I received my order wrong for the 5TH time. I write in the notes that I dont want vegetables in my order with the fact i spend atleast £27 everytime for the family and I also call the shop to 'repeat' what i write in the notes section as they told me 'they don't look at them when they are busy' and this is why I call them to explain that i dont want it in my meal.

The guy on the phone usually finds it funny to tell me that it's not his problem and tries in no way to resolve the issue by refund or replacing the food.

Really disappointed as i LOVE the food from here, but i refuse to have the order wrong for a 6th time. I will unfortunately not be ordering from here again, it truly is a shame and it's the first time I've ever left a bad review...

This place is a gem if you order online and don’t need to interact with the staff (not the delivery drivers they’re brilliant).

The food is brilliant good and always consistent - ordering for years and never been disappointed with the food.

The staff on the phone and behind the counter are crazy rude and sometimes and just hang up without saying goodbye… guessing game sometimes if your food is actually coming or not 🤣.

The drivers are always really nice and take care when delivering the order.

To sum up the customer service is probably up there with the worst I’ve ever experienced but I still order every weekend because the food...
