Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

I'm not happy with this place because they have increased the process of the meals but the quality of the ingredients have been substituted with cheaper items, not the same as or used to be. Some other staff are ignorant and some of the food had been left on a keep best for car too long resulting in burnt food, not worth the money. Basicbbreakfast and a coffee. Quiet but slow service. Had to ask where it was after 20 mins and it materialised instantly. Food was barely warm - probably sitting in the kitchen waiting for me to complain.

Waited about 30 minutes for food that had been pre-ordered and the cafe was empty. The food was slightly warm and dried up.
