Some nice pictures on their website, on the app, and here on Google reviews.
But aren’t we all food photographers these days?
First time I’ve bought from these guys. Ordered online, based on reviews and pics - we all buy wit our eyes!
Absolutely no flavor in the hamburger! I was only feeling the pickles, the cheese, and some sauce. I’ve tasted way better in many other places. Hell, I’ve even done batter at home!
Someone said around here that portion size are big 👀? Fries? Yes, but for almost £6 it better be! Hamburger? For £10 smaller than my fist and no flavor was such a disappointment!
For £15 for that meal you will eat more hamburgers at home, with real meat in them, better taste, and definitely more fries! You don’t believe me? During the summer Tesco will sell you 12 hamburger patties for about £6, for about £2-3 you can get 4-6 posh buns, you can even go for the expensive fries from the fridges area if you are too lazy to cut them yourself and you would still have a couple of £ left in your pocket. Not to say if you really want to put in the effort for that “perfect pink” (as someone else said around here) you can prep everything from scratch and and be even better off with your hole family in the kitchen 😉
Also really poor app as it seems it encounter some issues when it was trying to sign me out after I deleted my account. I hope my details are not stuck on that...
Read moreBeen to 7bone Bournemouth many times and it's honestly my absolute favourite place to eat so had to try out Northampton which is a 45 min drive from us
So we had 3 mistakes with order, firstly we got the wrong starter, secondly we had wrong fries and thirdly I got no sauce on my burger (I asked to swap relish for bbq).
We had the right starter swapped out after walking upto bar to complain, fries were also rectified after again having to go upto bar but I had at that point had enough of going up about order so didn't even bother mentioning bbq sauce. They still charged me 1.25 for it and never in Bournemouth did I get charged as it was a straight swap of sauces not a extra.
The food was good, milkshakes were spot on and they did apologise for other 2 issues and gave us a 10% discount. Unfortunately I probably won't revisit and will save my 7bone time for Bournemouth restaurant where we have never had any issues.
Servers we friendly and accommodating and we had no issues with them, obviously the problem stems from kitchen staff/chef possibly not reading order? Also the place was dead only 2 other tables so can't imagine they were flat out? I also noticed a takeaway order came back with an issue while we were eating so guessing its a common thing to happen? Sorry 7bone you are my one true favourite burger place but I was really disappointed...
Read moreI wrote this review on trip advisor too but here it is :)
My boyfriend and I turned up last minute to a very busy restaurant where the servers were rushed off their feet. Unfazed, the young waiter beautifully cleared a table for us and had us settled and ordered within 20 minutes. Despite a long wait, the food was delicious and servers (Carlos and another boy) were FANTASTIC.
I’m writing this review though for Will and Niamh (apologies if alternative spelling!). There was a group of incredibly rowdy, disruptive men who were having loud, inappropriate discussions and trying to rope the young servers into it. The conversation got so disgusting that I had to leave.
I called later on to let the manager know that there was nothing wrong with the service but the other customers were awful. Niamh was SO wonderful, completely respectful and kind in her response, willing to listen and take action, and Will preceded to apologise, despite it not being his fault, and offered my boyfriend and I to come back to the restaurant to have a better experience.
The manager and co-manager shouldn’t have to apologise on their customers behalf but the way they handled my feedback has blown me away and I will continue to recommend 7Bone to everyone. What a lovely experience with some people who really know what customer service means....
