Paul Smith and his crazily awesome designs! I liked everything in this store, but I walked away with just one teeshirt, while my husband walked away with cufflinks and pink shoe laces. There was this really lovely laptop bag with the characteristic Paul Smith stripes on it and a car drawn on it. But I wasn't ready for that kind of splurge. The teeshirts were all so cool!!!!! But I picked up only one - a green one with a skull on it. After I got home I regretted not taking the one with a monkey on it. I'm tempted to buy bus tickets and return to York Designer Outlet to buy myself one. You'd want to buy everything your eyes see in a Paul Smith store. His designs are out of this world. Oh, and the staff were so helpful. There is something about when the staff in a store are attentive and helpful. Even if you just popped in to look and not buy, you tend to want to reward their kindness by buying a item or two. I went in with the intention of buying, but their attitude made me happy to part...

Brilliant service by Jake. I had purchased an item for a family member at Christmas and had found the size to be too small and returned to exchange. Jake went above and beyond to give me other ideas as the original item as unavailable in the size I was needing. He was welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done more for me. Even offering a possible discounted rate if there was anything else I would be interested in. He gift wrapped my new purchase at no extra charge and honoured the price difference from the original purchase that had been in a sale offer. Thank you...

Staff was absolutely fabulous, particularly the lady who assisted me. Very helpful and extremely patient considering it was close to closing time. Went out of her way to find sizes I asked for in the colours I wanted and ran around back and forth to the stock room looking for the cufflinks I asked for. I didn't catch her name, but she was a credit to the store and the brand. Will definitely visit again based on how well we were looked...
