Pizza Hut York Express — Restaurant in Fulford

Sorry, but a waitress said my 7 year old couldn't eat his Happy Meal that we had purchased from McDonalds next door (as he does not like pizza) due to some 'allergens' waffle when I suspect the truth be known it's that they just do not like to have competitors food in their restaurant. Its not like my boy was throwing his food around everywhere or screaming about McDonalds, he was just sat quietly eating. We were prepared to order our own meals but when we were told he'd have to leave the premises to finish then we figured we would rather put our money elsewhere. We ended up at a lovely local pub and got an even better meal and supported a local business so it all worked out in the end but we won't be visiting a Pizza...

I hate writing reviews especially like this!! I always visit this place and love coming here. However last 5-6 occasions I’ve come and realised they have so many items missing. No ketchup, mayo ( that’s three time now) I’ve come and not available. Today, no water bottles AGAIN not available, no chips this time either, and guess what NO KETCHUP OR MAYO yet again. Come on guys get a grip how can so many items be out of stock and this to keep happening. Came here with my wife on Thu 18/08/22 decided to have lunch in PIZZA HUT never again after paying found out all the cold drink dispensers was broken apart from just one the pepsi one which we got but was very warm mentioned this to a member of staff who did not seem to give a s##t after eating the pizza with no drink we decided to go to the fish shop next door who sold us two COLD drinks so we paid for drinks from pizza hut which we could not drink and cost us more to get drinks from anothere food outlet won't be using PIZZA HUT again also more customers was complaining about...
