BURGERHAIN [ORIGINAL] TM — Restaurant in England

I had the full panda box as traveled up from Wolverhampton on a mini holiday for my daughters birthday and wanted to try a bit of everything as could be a while until im up again, firstly the service I received was terrific thanks Jacquie and to the gent who delivered my food when id actually ordered for collection top quality service from both. As for the foood I've waited a long time to try this place and it did not disappoint the only downside is the options are literally limitless so it's so hard to choose as you can basically create anything, anyways I had a double cheeseburger with manuka honey which was the star of the show, both pulled pork and chilli tacos were great, I tried the currywurst dog as never had currywurst before and this also was very good it also came with fries and goujons and numerous sauces the ravey gravy was great with the goujons. I apologise I didn't have any pictures which I do regret I just ate it too fast. Top marks guys 👍🏻, I am now trying to convince the missus to stop by again tonight on our way home so I can try somelre of the menu 🤞🏻 lots of love keep up the great work...

Once again absolutely delivered. Thanks Burgerhain crew. Russ and his team are absolutely of the wall for a number of reasons and I discovered this a few months ago after attending a private event with Burgerhain as the caterer. Absolutely perfect for the event and quality dirty burgers which was what we all wanted! After wanting the same just recently I placed and order and promised my friends they would thank me later... they did, but my thanks goes to the Burgerhain team. We all were a bit fussy and wanted this and that and none of that and the rest, the order was faultless, exactly what we asked for.

Thanks for being a cut above the rest, reliable, consistent and feeding us music themed burgers. Looking forward to the next music inspired feast.

Absolutely terrible manager with a serious god complex, literally took 1 bite out of the repulsive food and was put off the rest, cartilage in burgers, soggy hotdogs, spongey tasteless chips, chocolate cake was jammed into the container. Honestly just avoid this place or you'll probably be an extra on the next kitchen nightmares

Didn't mention the fact that the manager belittled me by saying she personally made my order so i was either lying by saying the food wasn't good or someone besides she herself messed my order up

And as I can't reply on this strange system, russ i wasn't offered a replacement, i got told tough and that if every customer called up saying they didn't like the food you'd go out of business, highly unlikely as you're getting more 5 star reviews than my 1 star review which was probably just someone having a bad day either way, no refund, food is in the bin,...
