Omg the salt and chilli chip butty is the best invention ever, was 10/10! Would deffo recommend but with a pot of the curry sauce as well would be good. Burger was amazing also most smash burgers just fall apart but this one didn’t which is good. Ordered via Uber eats on Wednesday night but the order still wasn’t here at the delivery time so gave it an extra 10mins then called the shop and they were a driver down so behind on delivery and hadn’t started it yet so we were starving so decided to cancel it, I couldn’t cancel it on Uber because it was showing cooking so they had to cancel it. I’d paid the money but not received a refund still so I contacted dadthedish and he explained what happened and sorted it out and we arranged instead of refund just drop the food off today instead which was perfect, but then Uber suddenly decided to get in touch and automatically refund me which I still haven’t received yet even though I told them I didn’t require a refund now they can take it back, however I told dadthedish obviously I don’t want them being out of pocket as they hadn’t actually received the money from my order either, and he kindly sent the order out basically free of charge which was a really nice thing to do. Thank you. Food was really good, had it when it first opened and massively improved in my opinion. Would like to see more vegetarian options please! Thank you for everything appreciate it. Nasty horrible owner avoid like the plague. If you have a problem in his takeaways and you report it and do a review he will attack your businesses even though hes never been there.

No problem at all. I can post the same. I left 1 review (not even that bad) on the page of the business i was mistreated at that I spent £30 at, then you decide to leave a review on my business you have never used or visited or spent any money with. You have a problem Simon. You dont attack other peoples business because you had a bad review because your staff treated someone badly. You R a Horrible man and a terrible business man. All because you got a review you attack me and my businesses. What a great guy you are.

The crazy thing is i respected and watched every one of his videos before i visited his shop and was treated like a moron. Just goes to show you think you know someone from their videos but turns out they are nothing like their made out to be. And turns out they are a horrible nasty vindictive person.

By the looks of the other reviews things are going down hill all over.

The fries and tots were great but the burger and grilled cheese left a lot to be desired. The service is what really let this place down tonight, particularly the scruffy looking fella with the beard and the attitude problem. I Ordered one of the munch boxes which clearly states coleslaw is included, now I know it’s only coleslaw so wasn’t really a big deal until the member of staff tried to tell me it was complementary and therefore discretionary whether or not they would include it. It’s not complementary, I paid for the munch box so am entitled to everything that’s included in the munch box. It turned out they didn’t have any in stock, so instead of an offer of a replacement or even at the very least an apology, I was told that’s not the way do things and that there’s nothing they can do. I persisted and suggested some alternatives of my own, but swapping anything out and delivering anything close to decent customer service was a step too far for the bright spark behind the counter.
