BE AWARE! Customer pays for their mistakes Been using this takeaway for months and food is good quality ( usually) customer service is pants unless you got a spare 3 hrs Been ordering margarita with spicy chicken as extra for 9 months over various platforms, everything been good until 2 weeks ago when they started putting jalapeños on ( which were picked off) , yesterdays pizza came with jalapeños and onion which I can't stand, jalapeños and onion are PAID extras on a margarita, i selected spicy chicken only and only paid for that, not the others, I'd specifically stated " no peppers" which jalapeños is technically a pepper, called up, as pizza was inedible to me, takeaway manager not interested and made excuses, complained to food hub and it took 90 mins of them being middleman before I was offered a free pizza replacement which was no good to me as I needed sleep, just wanted refund, after another 90 mins of talking with food hub and the owner of takeaway I was still denied my money back and only offered a coupon for £8 off my next order which after 3 hrs of complaining and proving I was right, I won't be able to use, would you order again after that kind of response, msg to owner, tell staff to only put ingredients selected, if not selected, it's not wanted! If your staff do make a mistake, hold ur hand up and refund if that's what customer wants, that way you will retain customers, I personally can't order again although I'd like to because the food is nice when they get it right, but if they get it wrong, it's customers fault, even if proof provided, new pizza chef is not a good enough excuse for not reading what is on ticket, food delivered at 9:47pm last msg from owner was 00:53, still waiting for a refund which...

Used this place since living on longhill for 6 years, odd time they may have missed a garlic breed or salad kids lolly etc.... but last night ordered, order never turned up!! apparently driver came at around 7.15 we had been in from around 6.30, so can't see how we wasn't in, called around 8 to see what was happening told tail of nobody in on delivery, so by managers daughter, told her dad would call us back, never received call another half hour past, called again!! we have been to busy to call you back "don't care if your a regular customer" was one of the lines this daughter of manager told me, called back an hour later now half 9 time to be told I've refunded you, great thanks for telling me. Oh I've not had time to mess about calling you back.... and the phone call you was arranging with your manager? no I've refunded you it now. Still no money in my account and went to bed...

Doesn’t even deserve 1. I can write many times as why to not use this takeaway. A couple of weeks ago we did a big order. One of our pizzas turned out wrong. The lady told us to come back and get the right one! So the rest of our takeaway was cold! She then took the incorrect one of us and made us wait for our right one. No apology nothing. Tonight I’ve just called up ordered pizzas and a wrap. Turned up to collect and the lady told us that the pizza oven wasn’t even working !!!! However charged us full price for our wrap!! Which I will now have to go find another takeaway and leave my friend with a cold wrap! I normally deal with Lisa and her partner who are lovely and great! But recently there has been a new lady which I think used to be a delivery driver! And she is complete useless. We are regular customers and now they...
