Spen Pizza & Kebabs — Local services in Great Britain

We placed a large order online, unfortunately the payment was taken but there was a problem with the 3rd party payment system. We phoned the shop who called us back quickly with the explanation of the 3rd party issue which they were unaware of. The owner was very nice and helpful on the phone and explained everything to us which was absolutely no fault of their own. We have ordered from this establishment before and cannot fault the food. Customer service is 10/10 and very helpful and apologetic. We appreciate your time and efforts to explain and sort our issue out quickly. Cannot fault and cannot recommend highly...

Pizzas we're burnt and so was most of the toppings, there was little to no flavour as it only tasted like charcoal. It was soaked in grease and looked nothing like the images they show on their advertisements which looked fresh. The Sauce tub had exploded in the bag soaking the paper it was wrapped in so was unable to have it. Chips had also been over cooked and seemed to have been cooked twice! Chicken was more appetizing but after eating a couple of strips the after taste was like cigarettes. Very disappointed and don't agree with its high star rating. I won't be ordering from this place...

We moved to Blackpool about 8 years ago we tried a lot of different places for Kebabs some were ok some were rubbish. Then after 7 years we moved near to Spen kebab shop and had our first kebab from there oh my god the best kebab in Blackpool. We always go there know probably to often but the owner and staff really know what they are doing and if you want the best kebab there the ones to go to or order from you won’t be disappointed.
