Babylon Blackpool — Restaurant in England

Ordered from here a couple times now and never again!! Avoid at all costs!! Everytime I’ve ordered from here I’ve been ill the following day. At first I thought this may have just been a coincidence but after ordering a few times giving them the benefit of the doubt I will now never order again. Chips are double dipped literally don’t taste any potato in them at all, rock hard bland as anything, taste like fat and grease solidified. Order is always late. Last night waited an hour and a half for 2 kebab meat and chips and I live 2 mins away in a car (this was a Thursday night so probably nowhere near their busiest) order placed at 9:11pm accepted straight away and told it would be delivered by 10pm. 10:10pm still no sign of it so phone them up, usual spiel “it’ll be 5-10 mins”…30 mins later it finally shows up from a delivery driver who was eating stuffing his face as he delivered mine to me and also had 4 kids in the car, again this is at 10:10pm on a Thursday night in Blackpool so don’t know what that’s all about but leave the kids at home, no idea how they see that as acceptable service....

Been ordering from here for years but it's gone downhill past few times food has been burnt but not rang to complain thought they could juse be having a bad day but today has topped it for me will no longer order from here I always write in the comments to add sauce and salad and today all my food came plain and cheesy chips without cheese rang to make a complaint and they was so rude on the phone saying it's not there problem there not going to sort it then finally offered to send me some cheese for my now Cold chips and some sauce arrived 20 mins later food now in the bin won't be ordering from here again they've lost what was a...

I placed an order via Blackpool Eats for two meal deals, totaling £80, to accommodate a large family gathering. The order was subsequently canceled, leaving me awaiting a refund before I can reorder. Upon contacting Babylon, I was informed that they had run out of Meal Deal 6 (pizza, kebab, and chips). This is unacceptable; how can a pizza and kebab shop exhaust its basic inventory?
