I want to leave a review about an employee who works in a costumer service, a woman of 60-70 years old, I think if Iām not mistaken, the name is Debbi, short hair, dark hair she large , I had to deal with her twice, once I bought Christmas lights and half the light bulbs didnāt work when I arrived to return them, she began to tell me that she would not accept them since I plugged them into the socket, I wonder how I was supposed to check their condition without plugging them into the socket? I had to argue with her for a very long time to return them to the store, the second experience I came to return the two shelves that I bought, I didnāt damage the packaging, everything was fine, she accepted them but returned me a completely different amount of 6.99 less, which I I immediately told her about her mistake, she tried to make me out in front of all the customers as a stupid emigrant who didnāt understand how she spoke, although I spoke English and with an accent, but in English and not in any other language, she began to cling to my son why he jumps to make him calm down, then they called me rude, although she has problems with communication, I didnāt argue with them anymore, I just returned another day to another employee who was very polite and for some reason understood my English and my accent, employees like her should not work with costumers, she should work in a warehouse so as not to communicate with people,she ruins the...

Started shopping here recently after moving to the area but WILL NEVER BE VISITING AGAIN. Tried to return a pair of curtains that had been reduced but was told they were not returnable due to their returns policy. Never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life, especially in light of the fact they have a policy that they don't actually apply (ie they advise that signage in the depts. should tell you about this but then fail to put signage up in the depts...!). Neither manager nor head office were interested - to the point of total arrogance and their explanation was pathetic. I fully appreciate you don't have a right to return anything but most GOOD businesses consider their customer's needs to allow returns to happen without any issue, even with reduced items. Felt more like I was dealing with Del Boy than a 21st century business. Voting with feet and would suggest "BUYER BEWARE" when dealing with these jokers.. It seems that's their preferred approach to retail... Avoid and Plague...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered items online for click and collect. Online it said it was in stock. Drove to collect said items. Customer service said they havent had their delivery. They were adament that a cancelation email was sent to me, and then tried saying my online purchase hadnt even gone through! (Good job I screen shot everything). Asked to speaking to a Manager as staff dont get paid enough for this type of a headache on a saturday. Manager then phoned and spoke to customer care who done a refund without my acknowledgment when i had asked for like for like with similar item instead. Only after management spoke to customer care did he inform me that they had already refunded me and there was nothing they can do to assist me.
This is far from the first time ive had issues with click and collect with the range in bridgwater branch. Had i of known that it wasnt wilko anymore! I would of just shopped else where.
Apologies to the staff as this isnt a rant toward you guys so much. But stock control needs to be sorted properly. Saves...
