Starbucks — Restaurant in England

Considering this coffee venue is new I would expect the upmost customer service. Unfortunately what I received was far from this. I order 2 drinks to take away, latte and cappuccino. After getting to the car and looking forward to take a sip of a smooth rich coffee with that signature Starbucks taste I've come to love, to my dissatisfaction the coffee lacked any punch at all. I returned to get store to ask if they could make them stronger, I asked if they definitely had 2 shots of coffee in. I got a disapproving look and nod of the head as if I was stupid and just complaining for the sake of it. I asked for another shot to be added to both, I was told that they will make them again. So I waited, returned to the car to find they tasted exactly the same. We did drink our coffees but I won't be returning.
