The man working there was very rude. Me and my partner were looking round the shop and were asked if there was a problem after looking at some antiques for a while. I said were just found it interesting before the man responded with 'well they're mine'. He was extremely passive aggressive and condensending and clearly came over to start a problem. Genuinely the worst customer service i have ever received if you could even call it customer service in thw first place. This was made evem more pathetic by the fact that if this man wasnt so rude and passive aggressive i might have actually bought anything. Instead i was left feeling belittled and uncomfortable thanks to his behaviour. What could have been a really was spoilt by unacceptably rude...

We went here today just to browse, but in the back of our minds was a question from my mum , could we find a nice urn for dads ashes .. so we saw a few things that fit , and i took pics and sent to her , (then explained how to open the message ) 😁

She chose one and we proceeded to buy it , the Lady came over and we explained what we where buying it for , she took the urn wrapped it and when I tried to pay she said this is a gift from me .. it was not expensive but that’s not the point , we left a charity donation instead… there are GOOD people out there and it made...

The women who works here is incredibly rude, pig headed and unpleasant. I witnessed her give incorrect information about the products, interrupt customers speaking, huff and puff at them like they were an inconvenience, belittle and bully them. One of the worst shop assistants I have ever seen. Some of their 'antiques' are not.. Such as a fancy dress shirt sold as 'vintage 70s'.. And they sell things that cost £550, but they don't take card. The biggest antique apparently is the way these guys run...
