Read moreAs a holidaymaker from West Brom we popped in for drinks and was invited to join the pub quiz. As there was (only two of us). Pardon the pun our quiz name we joined in. We stayed in Whitby all week and went to this lovely friendly pub a few times. We were celebrating our 44th anniversary and my 67 birthday and had a great night with an amazing singer. Right up our street. The lovely lady of the house gifted us a lovely bottle of Prosecco which was greatly appreciated. The landlord keeps a great pint of John Smiths and was a really nice guy he even got what I was going to order b4 I ordered it which goes down well with any bloke. Keep up the great work you’re doing and can really recommend popping in if you’re visiting Whitby. P.S we didn’t win the quiz but thankfully didn’t come last lol. Thank you Whitby for having a lovely...

I wouldn’t usually write a review like this but it was very aggressive and a horrible experience. Definitely wouldn't come her again and will be telling...
