Devilishly Good — Restaurant in Havant

I Visited this establishment today on my own ( took a lot for me to sit and eat alone ) had a lovely vegan breakfast and got a smoothie to take away which was lush , can not fault the staff or service however I also wanted a piece of gluten free cake to take away to give to someone but upon looking in the cabinet I noticed it wasn’t stored correctly, it wasn’t on the top shelf to prevent contamination but was next to and below other normal cakes and desserts , slightly worrying perhaps re arrange this to prevent someone who has a severe allergy to gluten from...

Coffee was ok and hot chocolate was good, but that's about it. High end prices, but don't expect a clean spoon. The shop smelled of burnt grease from the ovens, not particularly enjoyable at any time, but even less so at 9am in the morning. Seating on the central bench is awkward and tables flimsy. I think the strong point of the shop is quality food, which I haven't tried, but this is a coffee shop at the end of the day. Overall experience left me wishing I had gone elsewhere. Ordered three afternoon teas for my birthday and to take down to my Mum in Bournemouth who I hadn't seen since lockdown.

Recommended to try this place and so glad I did. They were delicious!! Selection of finger sandwiches, sausage roll, cheese straw, mini quiche, macaroon, cream meringue with strawberries and chocolate and scone with jam and cream. Boxed up and tied with a ribbon.
