Omg it is warm! Beetroot and spelt just sounds so lovely even though it’s not sourdough. Amazing crust. Beautiful aroma, moist, soft, and bouncy texture with crunchy grain kernels. Last but not least, I really appreciate the possibility of having only half of the loaf ♥️ — as much as I love it, it’s hard to consume it all at the prime days.
Everything on display and on menu and not for eating look enticing.
I will definitely come back for more bread if fate ever leads me to Lancaster again!!

It is the only place for miles that serves Cafe Bombon, ie espresso with condensed milk.
