Holm Coffee Lancaster — Restaurant in Lancaster

Omg it is warm! Beetroot and spelt just sounds so lovely even though it’s not sourdough. Amazing crust. Beautiful aroma, moist, soft, and bouncy texture with crunchy grain kernels. Last but not least, I really appreciate the possibility of having only half of the loaf ♥️ — as much as I love it, it’s hard to consume it all at the prime days.

Everything on display and on menu and not for eating look enticing.

I will definitely come back for more bread if fate ever leads me to Lancaster again!!

Gem of a cafe with great options for food and drinks. The vegan sausage rolls are the best ever...mustard glaze is a masterstroke. It is the only place for miles that serves Cafe Bombon, ie espresso with condensed milk. Everything seems to be available to take away and there's a Scandi larder for all your gherkin, rye crispbread and unusual sweetie needs. Visited Holm for the first time today knowing full well that it would rain... The Holm team welcomed us in before the heavens opened so that we could order. We waited outside and, luckily, our order came out before the rain came down. We had two open Danish sandwiches, a vegan apricot croissant, a kladdkaka (chocolate cake) and flat whites.
