Nothing brightens my day more than stepping into this establishment and ordering a bacon and sausage sandwich. Always served with a smile and a friendly bit of banter sets me off in a good mood for the rest of the day. These lovely people lead by Richard and Becky obviously get on well together, more like a family than just colleagues. They clearly care about their food and you can taste it. I’ve only been going in on the regular for about a year and I have always been made to feel welcome and as though they’re happy to see me walking over the road in a morning.

A personalised pork pie for a birthday! I’m not local to Otley but had read about their pies on Twitter and so there was only one choice. Email and phone communication showed their fantastic customer care. The genuine concern and interest shown by Becky was amazing and the pie was to die for- the best ever. Full of flavoursome meat and the pastry was perfect. The birthday boy was blown away and so was I. I can’t wait to visit and try their other goods....

Excellent butchers. Have mainly been in for the pies and sandwiches and they are really good. Pork pies are juicy and the pastries are excellent. The chicken tikka pasty I wasn’t a fan of but it’s full of filling and great pastry. The pulled pork sandwich was amazing. Again juicy full of flavour, the apple sauce was excellent.
