Oh dear ! We ordered a corner sofa and chair to fit in our corner area to run down our wall, your sales guys just to get A SALE said we could get a corner sofa to fit our space simply by moving the modules around, surprise on delivery the fitters said "you have no chance with this suit" it's "two two with corner and not interchangeable!!!!" So rang the store and was told you signed the agreement and it will not only cost you £1100 more to sort it out but we will need to take back the other half you have paid for ! WOW!!!!! Am giving my family's experience of buying from these people and I have not paid extra to sort how it should of been and not given half settee back after, am just warning you my friends a heads up on what's happend to us, no more or less. We popped in to get an idea for what bedroom furniture we wanted. We were greeted with a friendly hello as soon as we walked through the door and were left to browse at our own leisure. Lewis and Tony came to see if they could help us with anything and were incredibly helpful in answering our questions. They also made suggestions which we hadn’t considered and ultimately gave us a better perspective on what we wanted to buy. Their level of customer service was amazing. I placed an order on the 5th of July and paid a sizable deposit and was told that the items would be ready in 28 days. I then tracked my order, only to become aware that it is delayed until mid September: no one bothered contacting me. Today I have recieved an email stating that the items would not be available until late September. I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow to either request a sizable discount or cancel the entire order. I would not trust this company again and as a word of caution to other customers take delivery dates with a pinch of salt. A very poor customer experience. Update; it's now 3rd October.......
