We haven’t visited a Pizza Hut store for a while now (I mean a few years), so from my daughter request thought we’d have a visit. The staff on arrival were very welcoming and reminded me about paying for parking which was great. The place wasn’t busy so got seated quickly but without sounding old fashioned (and I’m only 40..) I hated the app style ordering! it encouraged being sat on your phone which I despise when out having a meal, it discouraged interacting with the friendly staff, I understand it’s maybe done for an efficiency basis and other establishments offer it but c’mon why discourage a personal service?? A guy came in to just order a pizza to take away and struggled as he had to do the whole thing and pay for it through the internet! He just wanted one pizza! Meanwhile the staff were pottering around tidying doing their duties when they could have just took his order and got him sorted.. I’m sorry but very disappointing who ever at head office came up with that idea! You even had to collect your own cutlery, sauces and condiments, it just felt self service but without a discounted price tag! The food was cooked fine but tasted basic, bland onion rings and cheap fries but the pizza was tasty. I understand overheads are high nowadays but for the £52 we spent on a dad and child eating out I wouldn’t rush back and probably stick to my local pizzeria which is a shame, but no reflection on the staff as they were all...
Read moreFor the very first time me & my husband ate at Pizza Hut Lincoln. To be honest it’s the first time I’ve used the QR table service & found it quite daunting and confusing (usually used to cash) Sarah was amazing., Extremely happy with the customer service, Patient, Excellent knowledge, impeccable manners, confident & a pleasure to chat with. I really do hope Sarah gets this feedback because people are always quick to moan or complain & very few say well done & Sarah deserves a raise. I can’t speak highly enough of Sarah & wish all customer service / front of house staff were more like her. Please please please, I can’t stress enough to make sure she gets a thank you, pat on the back or employee of the day/week/month & if you don’t have one you should.
To cut a long story short - Excellent all round. Perfect. 5* server, Credit 2 Pizza Hut.

Read moreI will never be visiting this Pizza Hut again. Not only was the food appalling in taste but the service was ridiculously slow. I ordered a Mac n cheese as I thought surely no one could ruin a Mac n cheese but I have been proved wrong. God knows what they put in it but it was inedible. I tried to explain nicely to the staff that I couldn’t eat the meal but I was offered no apology or discount. There was no excuse for the the slow service with it being 6pm on a weekday and only a few other tables to attend to. I felt we were purposefully ignored after being given the bill, every other table was seen to multiple times which was very disappointing. We had to get up from our seats and ask to pay at the counter where we found our 2 for 1 offer with tastecard didn’t apply to our meals (no disrespect to tastecard). Again, no apology was given in regard to this miscommunication of the Pizza Hut staff.
