I had my sons 1st birthday party with yourselves. (Jungle fun bellevale exlusive party) on arrival there was still food all over floor and tables from the day time very dirty and untidy. I also asked for no multicoloured balloons and table cloth as i was bringing my own stuff and on arrival i came into a room decorated in multi coloured so this had to be changed which then ran into the time when guests was arriving so was so unorgansied .After speaking to the staff when making the booking I was promised entertainment for the children present. With looking forward to celebrating such a milestone in my sons life I was absolutely appalled by the standard I was presented with tonight at my sons 1st birthday. There was no entertainment for the children no one on microphone getting kids involved the monkey came out and just stood there didn't hardly interact with the children. No party host no drummer to sing happy birthday no music and no effort from staff what so ever. Atmosphere was none existent. They brought a tray of ice cream out after most of the children had gone home. We asked about food for the adults which they said we couldnt have any even when we was willing to pay so after i complained was told they would do platters but then was charged £25. The male adults wanted to buy a beer which they said they sold out at the previous party. The standard of service was just not good enough and my sons birthday was ruined. Out of all friends birthday parties I have celebrated in your premises I have never felt so embarrassed by the level of service I have tonight. I will never have another function again at jungle fun. Staff was so rude and was caught talking about myself which is absolutely appalling when i have spent £625 on a party that was an absolute shambles from the minute i walked in. The girl who cut the cake absolutely destroyed it the way she cut it and could hardly get a cake slice out of it even some off your staff was mortified at the way she cut it and was given the excuse the cake was too crumbly. Seen plenty of party's with entertainment and I never got it but clearly the staff couldn't be bothered! Also was offered refund of £170 but never received the refund until I took down reviews which is black mail and shouldn't be happening!! Avoid at all costs they are just out to take...

Read moreMy wife went here with our 3 kids, 6 3 and 1 on her own. My 6 year old boy got into a fight with a boy who was picking on him and hit him back to defend himself. Next thing my wife is confronted by a mob of women (if you can call them that, scouse brow, big mouth, very brave in a group, you know the type. If you’re not from Liverpool google scouse brow and you’ll see what I mean) screaming at her that “there’s something fu*king wrong with him” and demanding for her to be kicked out. My wife was sitting down holding our 1 year old and felt very intimidated so argued back and told them to get out of her face so she could talk to our son about what had happened.
Before she got the chance to talk about anything the manger was telling her to leave backed up by the mob of women she seemed to be impressed by (talking in the same brain dead lingo with each other) humiliating my wife and making my kids feels terrible. My son has got special needs and the school he goes to isn’t far from jungle fun so the staff there will know the uniform he was wearing.
We’ve been here dozens of times before this and seen kids fighting, playing rough, not following rules etc without anything being done about it. They seen my wife on her own with 3 kids (one with special needs) as an easy target and bullied her in a mob mentality. My son has now got extreme anxiety about going to play areas which used to be a relief and escape for him. The way that situation was handled...
