Dear Marks & Spencer Food Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent change at my local Marks & Spencer Food store at Speke Retail Park, Liverpool. I have noticed that the Plant Kitchen section has been completely removed in order to make space for the Christmas ranges.
As a loyal customer who relies heavily on the Plant Kitchen products for my dietary preferences, this change has been incredibly frustrating. The Plant Kitchen range has always provided a fantastic selection of high-quality plant-based meals, and its removal limits the choices available for those of us who follow a plant-based diet or seek out vegan alternatives.
While I understand that seasonal ranges are important, removing a whole section that caters to a specific dietary need feels short-sighted and inconsiderate to customers who depend on these products throughout the year.
I hope you will reconsider this decision and find a way to reintroduce the Plant Kitchen section at Speke Retail Park, while also accommodating the Christmas ranges. Marks & Spencer is known for its commitment to quality and inclusivity, and I trust you will take this feedback into serious consideration.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing...

Read moreI've come to this shop on several occasions, and it's really great.
The shop is always kept neat and tidy just as it should be. There's a great variety of products which are really good quality. (I've found through personal experience that the fresh fruits and vegetables here last longer than from a lot of other shops.) The staff are always helpful and friendly whenever you need a hand getting a product you want, or when you're getting served at the till.
Since it's in a retail park, it's obviously usually easy as pie to find a parking spot too.
Some of the stuff here can be expensive, although not everything. For example, you can get a bottle of milk from here for the same price as you would pay in a supermarket, and some loaves of bread are less than £1. You can get a pack of dog chews for only £1 too, either a pack of 7 dental sticks, or a duo of chunky ones. My mum gets these all the time for our dogs, and they both love them. They do a basic washing up liquid which I find is on par with fairy in quality and ease of use.
