Five Guys Burgers and Fries Liverpool New Mersey — Restaurant in Liverpool

Went to five guys for the first time today and loved it. The first thing I noticed was that we could order from a human being rather than computer. This makes it a much nicer experience. Damian and the manager were very helpful when placing our order. I can't eat gluten and I was given a chart to look at to see all the allergens. We ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries each. I had my burger between Iceberg lettuce leaves and it was very tasty. Some of the toppings contain gluten so I couldn't have them all but there was enough choice for me. No comparison between here and McDonald's. The food here tasted like real food ! The only criticism is that the fries were not very hot....

Went near closing time, and even then we was served with a smile and top service, very professional and friendly, I was served by Harshavadhan & Manager Curtis, and both were lovely ( thank you ) most importantly thank you to Curtis for making my daughter happy 🙂 with her milkshake 😀 May I add the place was absolutely immaculate!! Even the glass in the shop was pristine 😯 the toilets too. Great management & and team, and it shows throughout in the service and cleanliness. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

One of the staff members threw away a delivery order that wasn’t picked up by a driver. I suggest that in such cases, instead of discarding the food, you offer it to drivers who have been waiting for their orders for a long time. Alternatively, you could set up a shelf where this kind of food can be placed for any driver who wants to take it for free.

It’s certainly better than wasting food and could also help make up for some of the drivers' lost time like Greggs that offers free coffee and other drinks to drivers...
