Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Liverpool

Great place. Very tempting selection. We had Coffee, Sandwich and Cake slice and it filled me. I was hungry and it was filling enough. As you'd expect, it was fantastic Coffee. The Latte glasses have a real weight to them. The Staff, well I couldn't see how they do it, but I suppose with the huge amount of trade that they get, the work with a system. They seemlessly cover all the areas, it all worked. Considering it was lunchtime they looked good. It flowed. They let us know that the till system was a little slow and apologized in advance. It didn't slow them up at all. Great GREAT service. The place was clean and welcoming. Places to sit inside and in the Sun outside. I was there yesterday and the dark haired man who served others clearly ignored to serve me and refused to make eye contact or talk to me even though I was just one person. He went on to make the other coffees that his colleague was already making which I thought was super weird. His other colleague then came over after a few mins and asked me what i wanted. It was clear as day that the dark haired man didnt want to serve me because I was wearing a headscarf, and i know it was not in my head because I felt annoyed for no reason at the way i was suddenly ignored, and no eye contact. Sometimes body language gives you away lol. I didnt see the point of calling it out, but it was weird how the dark haired man completely avoided coming near where i was while I was was present at the till lol... Not coming here...

Called into Costa for a warm choc with my 2 daughters. The youngest needed to use the toilet, when I went into the toilet this is how i found it. As i look after Cleaning FM i was absolutley appauled by the state of this toilet facility. Hygene was disgusting, toilets look have not to been cleaned for a long period of time. Hand rails filthy, no soap in broken empty duspenser, sink full of grime, wall tiles all stained and the worat thing the toilet was full of urine. I spoke to a male member of staff who excuse was that there was only a few staff.... What a disgrace!...
