Starbucks coffee — Restaurant in Liverpool

Used to come here regularly to enjoy a latte and encountered (on a few occasions) a really bad attitude from one of the more mature members of staff... I put it down to her maybe having a bad day or whatever and put off leaving a negative review! However, the same member of staff was very abrupt AGAIN today during my visit and I really think this needs bringing to your attention! Especially as it genuinely deters me from returning! I LOVE my coffees and I always have a positive experience in any other Starbucks around Liverpool, I find the baristas to be very pleasant and professional normally! I was made to feel uncomfortable when asking if I could have hot milk in my coffee and the response was “yeah, I’ve said I’ve done that!” And even the lady serving me on the till looked a little uncomfortable and apologetic. Just been here waiting to be served, two staff on and no customers. Neither staff approached us to serve us, one member of staff to busy talking to a guy in a Grey suit about broken machines. The second to busy messing about with trays of cups, gave it a few minutes then went and grabbed a coffee in Cineworld instead, superb service by there staff.
