So we always usually meet up as a group and today was the most terrible experience in a pub I got as I ordered drinks and there were doing table service. I ordered the drinks which cost £27 for 6 drinks anyway as we ordered the second drinks which were the same but one less so 5 in total my cousin got charged £15 for 5 drinks which did not match as there was a £12 difference i guess i was overcharged or the waiter did not add up properly but she did not even come back with the change on the second rounds anyways the main issue was when we got the order the lady had bought the drinks with her fingers inside the glasses not on a tray like the first time which was shocking due to the pandemic. What was the hole point of table service? When we enquired about this to one of the staff she initially said why we didn't tell them initially but how can we when the staff don't turn back with the change, we wanted new drinks as the lady fingers had been in all five glasses as we were asked to wait to be served, we did not get our change back which was rude as we waited to tell them that but they turned around and said they had stopped service which was before 10pm so they could of given us the drinks anyways at the end my cousin got his refund and we left very disappointed as this was a local. Will never go there again, all I wanted was to be seen as a customer and treated with respect as we just come for drinks. Obviously there's alot going on but the way the staff håndled it was very bad as there's no service involved in this place we usually come here couple times a month over the past year or so but this night will be the last. The staff needs training on how to charge people and also on how to serve the customers. Zero stars i would never be bothered to rite a whole essay but this night was ridiculous just a warning to...

ChEAP NASTY PROCESDED Tepid match day burger is not what I expected, cheap and tasteless at best, soggy buns no onion rings with burger as stated on menu, the onion rings arrived after we finished eating our meals.(or what we could eat) Was given a portion of cheesy chips that we didn't order, Kids burger meal ordered with cheese (no cheese), chips were soggy not well cooked, and Tepid at best. It is my opinion that the kitchen staff needs retraining, especially with cooking times. To our dissatisfaction, the management failed to rectify their errors and made no offer or attempt to either refund or replace the meal.or offer us a free round of drinks. I am very disappointed with the quality of food I do not recommend eating here unless you have no sense of taste or your tongue cut out. Didn't even want to give a one-star rating as they don't even deserve that Very poor indeed wish we'd gone to the Beehive in Bruce Grove instead, never eating here again They have a car park for patrons, which is always locked, so customers are forced on the pay and display bays outsude the pub, as a disabled person I find this very selfish and unsatisfactory bordering discrimination. Instead, they see it fit to open the car park on match days to which they charge £20 per vehicle on match days only . Clearly no customer service skills to be had, no wonder pub is always...

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Attended as a party of 11 and two toddlers on a wednesday afternoon for a post funeral drink and bite to eat. Pub was empty, and we each ordered one meal. Simple stuff, burger and chips, lasagne, fish finger kids meals etc... and were told 20 minute wait for our lasagnes. Ok fair, cooked fresh I guess. Our food then started coming out, after half an hour we received the first couple of plates. Then another half an hour we got some more meals through. And finally after an hour and a half from ordering, we received the final meals for our table. After complaining we were told it was our fault for not giving them warning of a party of 11. And that they needed extra staff to facilitate that. Bear in mind, the pub was empty except a few men drinking at the bar. The manager was rude and aggressive branding us liars about times making me show her my apply pay logs to prove it and then going as far to check her cameras to see if that matched up to when we arrived. After arguing for over ten minutes about why it was wrong to leave people waiting that long for food with no information or apologies, she gave me back 10% of my bill, £9. And sent me on my way, telling me "this is why pubs are closing!!" Shocking service, and would never return! Was better...
