This is my FAVOURITE Boots hands down. Hands down. I pop in here weekly and a look at my timeline just verified that I have visited here SO MANY times already this month. That's too much. 😆 Its staff on both the shop floor and in the pharmacy are super helpful, knowledgeable, are quick and friendly. Plus I am obsessed with earning Boots points. The one thing to get from Boots RIGHT NOW is something from the new Boots No7 Future Renew Damage Reversal range; if not, the entire range. Boots has formulated an exclusively new and unique skincare technology called Pepticology that took leading dermatologists more than 10 years to create. This cutting-edge technology travels via the product to warn skin cells of damage and ultimately repair and reverse visible signs of skin damage. There is no skincare in the world like Boots' No7 Future Renew line which consists of a SPF infused Day Cream; a Night Cream; an Eye Serum; and a Face Serum. Here I have the Serum and as you can see, the texture is absolutely refined, smoothing, quick to absorb and penetrate skin layer and super hydrating. Plus, a little will go a long way to compensate for this serum's £40+ price tag. Having just been hit by a car I am putting this to strict test to remove scars on my face, hands and knees which so far appear to be fading with use of this. Boots currently has a 3 for the price of 2 offer on this range and you can ask for a voucher to get a further £10 off if you accept this offer in store. Then there are your Boots points. If you don't have a Boots Advantage card but do decide to buy this range or anything from it now would be a great time to get something back in the form of Boots points. Trust me, they add up!!

Man working at the pharmacy is rude, smarmy, unhelpful, confrontational. It is a great displeasure trying to pick up a prescription from here as you have to deal with him.

I came in on several different days throughout last week. Each time I had to wait 10 mins to be told "we don't have that medicine but we will order some in for tomorrow". Each day they hadn't ordered it in and told me to do the same thing tomorrow.

Finally got the medicine almost a week after I was supposed to start the course of antibiotics. As if to spite me, during the last trip to the pharmacy he found my medicine, placed it on the counter but then served 5 other customers while I was sitting waiting for it before allowing me to take it off the counter. I wish there was a different pharmacy on my way home, I dread the next time I have to deal with this...

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The owner clearly refuses to take accountability for anything, as you can see from their copy-paste responses to every bad review. They just recycle the same message every time.

I ordered online via Uber Eats two boxes of Gaviscon and they only sent one. They still took my money and charged me the full £15. This was a small order. How do you even mess that up?

I called the shop multiple times for hours and nobody answered. Eventually, someone picked up and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. After checking other reviews, I now see this is a pattern. They never pick up the phone and treat customers with complete disregard.

This is exactly why they are sitting at a 3-star average. I would not recommend this...
