Decent station Boots. Travel essentials and Meal Deals. A bit tight inside so if you have big cases and traveling with someone, leave your bags and that with them. I have been to this shop a few times and selfish families or groups all try going in at once. I can't speak for the pharmacy side of things at this store though as I don't use it... who picks up a prescription at a station and moans about having to get a train? Only morons with poor timekeeping. I am usually just buying meal deals or stuff for the train journey from this shop.

Tiny store at the corner of King’s Cross station, surprisingly offering pharmacy service so can get crowded.

Boots open but pharmacists went somewhere so no medicines. Again please employ more pharmacists.

Not worth the 1 star. Young girl works in there called Gulcan. Be wary of her!!! Major attitude problem and she should be not be let loose in public. Extremely aggressive, called security on my husband for opening an unsealed box to check if there was a contact lense pot inside in addition to the solution, which the manager later confirmed was absolutely fine. We were having a perfect day until it was ruined by this girl. She should not be working out on the shop floor. Her attitude is very likely to get her into real trouble some day. Very confrontational, raising her voice. Honestly I thought she was going to swing for one of us. Boots, you really need to up your game and vet your staff properly. This girl is out of control. Will be lodging a formal complaint so no one else has to suffer the unbelievable lack of customer service from this individual. I'm surprised she's managing to hold down a job with this horrendous behaviour. Will not be visiting this...

This pharmacy is awful. The pharmacist doesn’t know how to work the internal systems, she relies on her interns, several times she’s said my prescription isn’t showing up on the system when it’s there. The worst experience I have had is I paid for a prescription in full and it covered 6 months worth of pills. They only gave me 3 months worth saying that all the boxes they have expire after this 3 month period, and to come back when they have delivery of the new batch. When my husband came back with the slip they provided for the remaining 3 months, they turned him away and told him my prescription had been filled and that it was “illegal” for him to hold this slip and took the slip they provided off him. Absolutely absurd. Will be filing a complaint - completely unprofessional, playing with peoples health and...

No wonder Boots is so expensive. We are all paying for the huge amount of shoplifting that takes place. I was in the King’s Cross station store on Sunday last week, and a young woman had a full carrier bag of stolen goods that she was openly putting into her bag. She was literally taking everything off the shelves while young male staff stood at the self-serve tills chatting. Didn’t see any staff walking about, or any security. Everybody knows that railway stations have some dodgy people knocking around shoplifting, and pickpocketing so why they don’t have proper security is beyond me. I won’t be buying anything from boots and like I said we are paying all the additional costs due to shoplifting plus they are already more expensive than...
