I've had the pleasure of visiting Upper Crust Kings Cross every time I'm in England, and I can confidently say that this place has never disappointed me. It has become a tradition of mine to indulge in their delectable sandwiches, and each visit leaves me craving for more.

The location, right in the heart of Kings Cross, is incredibly convenient, especially if you're traveling by train or simply exploring the area. But it's the sandwiches that truly steal the show here. Upper Crust takes the humble sandwich to a whole new level.

The variety of fillings and options available cater to every palate. Whether you're a fan of classic combinations or you're feeling a bit adventurous and want to try something new, Upper Crust has you covered. The freshness of their ingredients is evident in every bite, and you can tell they take pride in crafting their sandwiches.

The staff at Upper Crust Kings Cross are consistently friendly and efficient. They handle the lunchtime rush with a smile, ensuring that you get your meal in no time. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers' experience.

While it's true that you can find sandwiches at many places in England, Upper Crust Kings Cross has a special place in my heart. It's not just about the food; it's about the experience and the memories I've created there over the years. If you're in Kings Cross and looking for a quick, delicious, and reliable meal, don't miss out on Upper Crust. It's a must-visit sandwich haven that I...

Service was fine, shop was clean, but absolutely horrified at the result of my order.

Coffee was terrible, tasted more like coffee-flavored tea than an actual mocha. For almost five pounds I would have expected a proper beverage, not this watery slop.

I waited almost ten minutes for my sandwich, and had to remind the cashier that I had ordered something. He then proceeded to hand me some random sandwich that had been sitting in the oven. Stone cold, with an incredibly obvious mould patch right on the side, oh and IT WAS THE WRONNG SANDWICH. It’s rare that I get legitimately mad about something but this has absolutely done it. Couldn’t even get a refund because I was already on the train when I realized. Zero stars, do...

Absolutely disgusting service , we ordered 4 items so spent a good amount , we asked what the signature sauce is that is on the breakfast baguette and we were told they do not know , this is not good enough what if someone had an allergy how can they sell food without knowing what is in it ! , we then asked for our breakfast baguettes to be warm as she did not offer . She couldn't figure out how to use the oven so the other member of staff did it for her however she put all 3 sandwiches in together in the bags on 30 seconds needless to say they are still flat cold ! That is very dangerous for a start , when reheating food there is a certain temperature deemed safe ! . Waste of time...

Had such a terrible experience here. I am pregnant and had a craving for Pain Au Chocolat. Waited close to 10min because the family infront of me had alot to order and kept adding on to what they had ordered. The lady didn't want to serve me and served the other queue instead, eventhough I was behind the indian family for so long. I was only ordering one Pain au Chocolat but she refused to serve me. I don't know if she is just being racist or rude. Will never return and will not recommend.
