Ordered some Jika Tabis online, but thought I ordered the wrong size after placing the order because I don't know how to convert shoe sizes. I emailed customer service and Stewart responded quickly- he would yry to stop the shipment before it left the UK, but if it didn't he would swap the shoes for the correct size after I tried them on. Thankfully they fit perfectly with the socks, and I couldn't be happier with the service! I know exactly where I'll be buying any more specialty gardening tools in the future.
