Emek Kebab — Local services in London

This shop used to uphold good quality and quantity of food. Upon my recent visit it has gone downhill dramatically. Large kebabs ordered little or no salad small amount of meat cut into pieces rather than long strips. @£9.90 x 3 a lot of money for very little food. We were left still hungry. Not to mention that I had to add more salad from our fridge to make it up. We are all fully aware that cost of living has gone up but we still need to satisfy our hunger. It is not acceptable to give a small kebab and present it as a large. A large kebab does not constitute being the size of a palm with a few scraps of meat pieces rather than the long strips we are accustomed too. This shop is very selective with their regulars they give them more for their money however, adhoc shoppers such as myself get the bear minimum. I think an announced visit from Trading standards is necessary to set a better minimum quantity and standard for all...

Called and ordered a large meat and chips for bloody £8.70 arrived to collect and the box felt fairly heavy as it was wrapped in paper I wanted to just get home and dig in only to find that they had three quarter filled the box with chips and the equivalent of a extra small kebab meat and a separate box of salad. I will not be coming back here again as the value for money is far for what I would consider fair. Covid times and these people are clearly taking the piss to account for lost earnings. Sad...

Tonight, I ordered over £35 pounds worth of food which arrive 20 minutes late and cold. The driver disputed this with me on my doorstep, which is out of order when he clearly knew it was cold.

I phoned Emek Kebab and they told me the fact that the food they delivered to me is not their responsibility. It left hot, so it’s nothing to do with them. I’ve wasted over £35 pounds. They don’t care, but you should think twice before ordering from them. Very disappointing and a waste of hard...
