Went into a cafe. Grill on the Hill. Ordered an omelette. It's not cooked. I tell the waitress who tells the cook. The conversation went like this...
He says, that's the cheese. That's not cheese, I know the difference. He says oh you want it well done. And yanks the plate off the table. Then another man comes out and says you don't know what you want... What do you mean I don't know what I want? This is a cafe he says. What's your point I asked. What's your point he asks? It's not cooked! Well you need to say. I need to tell you that I want my omelette cooked? Yes he says. Ok I won't be back. Please don't come back we won't serve you!!
I obviously can't rave about the food but guys didn't even try to make it right. The experience was atrocious. Read moreThis place is sort of OK but sometimes the attitude of the man cooking and sometimes serving is as if I am a bother to come in and offer money to buy food. The food or the service isn't all that good. It's acceptable. Coffee or tea may be served and some spilled and dried down the sides of the cup, sometimes served and some tea is spilled around the cup and the server wouldn't think to clean it, I have to use the 1 napkin give to wipe up the mess they made. It's an OK place to grab a quick sandwich, but for anything more, I'd go to the Olive Tree cafe...
