Worst experience! Asked for my natural hair colour which is a light ish brown, my hair was natural at the top and went a bit lighter at the bottom.

He rushed my hair, dyed it jet black looked like a box dye, my roots were light brown still. I was crying as my hair looked destroyed. I said to him my hair is black and he tried to act like it wasn’t. He rushed me back to basin and told me he was putting keratin treatment on my hair but put colour remover on it, I didn’t receive a scalp massage or anything just a very quick wash. My hair was sooo dry after this!

He then proceeded to sit me at the chair and used two hair driers on my head like I’m an object and was steaming hot and burnt me. Made me stand up so he could cut my hair wish also looked awful. My hair was so dark which isn’t my natural colour, he tried removing the black but now my hair looks browny red with black undertone and my roots are still my natural colour, most awful service I have Ever received! He still demanded I pay him £200 which I refused so I paid him some which I’m annoyed I even did! I was so upset my hair is basically ruined and I have to go somewhere else to get them to try fix this.

he told me it would match perfect to my natural hair, after applying the product I told him the products seemed to be going quite dark and my roots were still light brown “my natural colour” then he made a joke saying my hair might be black I said your joking right and he laughed…. I was very very anxious as this is my hair not a joke.

He was rude and was more worried about his next client than he was cutting or trying to fix my hair. He will try act like he was trying to help with his response as doesn’t want a bad review but really he is not a good hairdresser. I could see he was panicking but he wasn’t honest with me. For him to dye my hair jet black and then say well it will lighten eventually I didn’t go there to have my hair black. Especially wanting £200 for a terrible service and an even terrible job. He was arguing with me outside and I told him how unprofessional he was being and how upset I was and all he had to say was I want the £200 and my next client is waiting. So rude! I was in tears I was so upset and all he could say was well yes it’s dark but I think it looks ok. When it really looks bad, and I then paid him £70 but if anything he should be paying me to get this fixed by a proper hair dresser. Never again!
