Absolutely digusting business! I brought my phone to them to fix the screen and returned thirty minutes later to find there was a part missing from my phone.when I asked what happened he didn't give me an answer so I waited while 'my phone' was charging. After about ten minutes I asked him to turn it on and I saw a completely different screen and I said thats not my phone.he then asked if it was my phone when had told me all along it was mine .after reacting in outrage he then called the police one to distract from the fact he had taken my phone and completely swapped it. I have since been left with a phone I cannot use and have not been able to work due to the nature of my job as a mobile hairdresser. I've found my imee number and its completely different to the phone they swapped.This has been the most horrifying experience I've ever had for just wanting to fix a crack in my phone and I am extremely worried for my personal safety and personal iinformation.not to be...

He asked me for a deposit before saying the price of repairing the screen of my cell phone and on the company's website it does not say that a deposit is required before the repair, he fixed my cell phone only one day after I left a deposit in cash at the store 20 pounds in deposit and he was very rude when he asked me to take the mobile the next day, it only took him an hour and a half to fix the screen of the mobile when I arrived at the store he asked me for another 123 pounds without having given me the receipt for the repair and on top of that he took the battery from my mobile phone and other parts having modified them without my permission , and I only asked to change the broken screen and not change anything else , I feel deceived because the price he charged was almost the price of the mobile phone when i bought it i never go back to that store he clearly...

I'm surprised by the concerning and unprofessional behavior I experienced at Jupiter Phone Shop. The Afgani male staff member was verbally harassing and inappropriate to me by pressuring me for my personal contact details and also displayed a lack of regard for customer service by intentionally delaying the repair process with excuses. The initially agreed price of £30 suddenly increased to £45 when I stood my ground and refused to share my phone number, with the technician unjustifiably claiming the need for extra parts. It is deeply sad to witness such bold behavior from individuals who seem unaware of the standards expected within the UK business environment.
