Beans & Cream N7 — Restaurant in London

Hands down, this is one of the best Cafés north of the river! I stumbled across this café after looking for something serving more traditional café dishes, but with a premium quality. There are a few in the Tottenham area, but none that offer a large range of dishes, blending the modern premium aesthetic with classic greasy spoon dishes. Beans and Cream not only provides this, but does so with excellent, friendly service. Everyone goes out of there way to provide a fast, efficient and welcoming service. The food is absolutely delicious, always prepared fresh and never lacking in taste, appeal and size. Everything is reasonably priced and is more than worth it in terms of value for money. Went there last night after a long , busy day and I am glad that we chose this place !! Very friendly staff , big shout to the chef who not only cooked us a perfect meal , but also came around and had a chat with us . Nice touch / Nice lad ....oh yeah he also served me wine 🍷 😄😄 My sister had the Sea Bass , served with buttery, fluffy mash and vegetables and roasted cherry tomatoes! I went for the Lamb Kofta ! Juicy and delicious, served on a lovely Turkish bread( I belive it was ,😁 ), fresh side salad 🥗 with pomegranate ,flufy rice and roasted cherry tomatoes!! I go to Cream and beans Tottenham so thought I would try this. I have subsequently learnt this place just rents the space and name. Opened at 8, we got there at 8.20. Place was empty. Ordered pancakes and was told it would take 40 minutes as they hadn’t made any pancakes yet. I could go shopping for ingredients, take them home and make pancakes myself in less time. The stressed looking chef (not sure it’s fair to say chef, apologies to any chefs) did not inspire confidence so we went to Cream and beans Seven Sisters and had yet another fantastic experience.
