I went to this store after seeing the good rating and it was close by. I asked for something quite specific: a light cabin carry-on with four wheels, maybe Samsonite. The seller showed me a few for £195 or more. I mentioned that the web site had those for much less. The seller led me to the ones on the site with the same price. I was in a hurry and didn't check and bought one. Afterwards I found that indeed there was a similar suitcase for £156, probably an older model, which the seller must have known about. I...

The manager called Tim is soooooo helpful and I am forever grateful!!!! I purchase a Samsonite Lite Shock 75cm luggage somewhere else but I live close by London Luggage so I went to this store for help as I can’t remember my TSA 007 luggage lock combination and Tim used his master mind and hand and easily solved my problem in few mins time.
